Zodiac 2023 – Scorpion (Scorpio)

A funky nose combining notes of harlequin candy, duck confit with orange and slightly burnt varnish.
On the palate a creamy texture where we find roasted pineapple, banana flambé but also dirty notes
like burnt tire and old leather.

The finish is carried by walnuts and hazelnuts, almond, chocolate with orange and some notes of
solvent.
The integration of alcohol is very successful and the length in the mouth is remarkable.
