Zodiac 2023 – Gémeau (Gémini)

On the nose, a medicinal and gourmet profile. More complexity with persimmon, apple, liquorice and honey notes. In the mouth, it is ample with a medicinal and minty base. It is endowed with a beautiful complexity that takes us on a journey from a candied fruit profile to a more herbaceous profile, accompanied along the entire length with a multi-flower honey and a lemony freshness. All carried lengthwise by a basket of hot spices.
