ROSEMONT – WHITE RUM 2024

We first met Lilian at Wine Paris, then at other trade shows. Immediately attracted by the unusual profiles of the rums distilled by Lilian and by his great friendliness, we quickly decided to select a vat of white rum from Rosemont.
After months of waiting and a trip to Italy together for the Spirits Selections competition, which strengthened our friendship, the selected vat finally arrived. I couldn’t wait to bottle this atypical expression!
