On the nose a lovely bouquet composed of slightly heated cane juice, nuts, and sandalwood. In the mouth a full-bodied cane juice where walnuts and hazelnuts would have been infused for a few days and to which coconut powder and a mint leaf would have been added. A beautiful complexity and a nice balance. |
