An expressive nose of candied fruits and spices. A mouth with great aromatic richness. Quince jam and vine peach marmalade enhance a multitude of spices (nutmeg and cloves in particular), then we find a little bagasse with honeyed touches. A lingering finish of dried apricot and slightly damp wood. A nice slap with this rum with a remarkable aromatic concentration. |
