Exception – Bielle 15 ans (2008 – 2023)

Astonishing nose where the cane and citrus notes mingle with smoky notes. In the mouth, a greasy texture that offers us a multitude of aromas on the candied citrus and quince marmalade. Cane juice is accompanied by a dash of lime with iodized notes. The well-melted woodiness brings us intensity. A crazy note between tar and a subtle peat, accompanies the whole of the tasting and brings this rum into another dimension. Wonderful !
