DOMAINE DES HAUTES GLACES – WHISKY SINGLE MALT 2016

A legendary French estate, a great man in the person of Frédéric Revol. A mutual friend, Cyrille Mald, kindly put us in touch with him, which led to some fascinating and rewarding discussions. The very high level of tasting resulted in two enormous “coup de coeur”.
This one took us back to the past with a very specific memory, a cake that we eat every time our father has a birthday, the Opéra! A delicious mix of milk and dark chocolate and coffee. Wow!
