BOLOGNE – RHUM AGRICOLE ESB 2023

After long discussions with François Xavier Sobczak, I wanted to select the fruit of his work and highlight his great skills in fermentation.
What we were able to taste was simply prodigious, with aromatic profiles that are as yet unknown in agricultural rum, but which are a great success. This selection highlights not only the excellence of Bologna’s terroir, but also the masterpieces that this young cellar master is capable of achieving through experimentation. Amazing!
