Zodiac 2023 – Capricorne (Capricorn)

On the nose a nice aromatic smack which lets us glimpse a hydrocarbon profile.
On the palate, what can I say, it’s a strong Port Mourant! The notes of old dusty furniture are
accompanied by very present notes of tar, leather and cigar box, all enhanced by a little white
pepper. The length on the palate is incredible, carried by hydrocarbon and licorice stick notes. Who
said that only Trinidad could offer us this kind of profile?
