A legendary French estate, a great man in the person of Frédéric Revol. A mutual friend, Cyrille Mald, kindly put us in touch with him, which led to some fascinating and rewarding discussions.The very high level of tasting resulted in two enormous favorite. This one was a rye whisky that took me straight back to the raw material, the cereal, with an enormous aromatic intensity. Authentic, rustic for this very virile rye. |
